“The Wall” by Pink Floyd is the eleventh studio album by the British band. Released on November 30, 1979, this dramatic rock opera explores themes of abandonment and isolation. The album topped the US charts for 15 weeks, served as the inspiration for a feature length film adapted by Alan Parker in 1982, and has since been certified 23x Platinum by the RCAA.
